Position Title:
Journalism Intern
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in writing and editing
clear, compelling publications
that advance Burqaa’s agenda.
• Participate in content review
process of materials with other
staff.
• Edit and proofread certain
materials.
Qualifications:
• Outstanding written and oral
communication in Afaan-Oromoo
and English.
• The ability to handle multiple
projects and priorities, to work
quickly and to meet deadlines;
• The ability quickly to edit or
rewrite the work of others.
